Penn Ave Open !!!
Construction isn’t quite over, but BOTH LANES ARE OPEN!! Yes that’s right, you can drive both ways down Penn Ave and there is parking. And for now that Parking is free until they put in meters next summer. Come down to the ave and say hello. 🙂
